The frontage is narrow but as you enter the door you will be surprised at how large the restaurant is, it goes back a very long way. The lighting is very subdued, The walls are mainly flock wallpaper with some parts exposed original stonework.
Shah Hussain’s unique talent as a chef has changed the way people perceive and experience Indian cuisine. Taking inspiration from his native subcontinent (India / Bangladesh), while continuously researching regional dishes. Shah has managed to combine his heritage with his love of British ingredients to create a unique experience in Ethnic Cuisine. He runs four Indian restaurant successfully in and around Midlands.

Shah’s first passion in life was Football followed by his mother’s first love cooking. After finishing education he ends up joining restaurant kitchen to follow his passion in cooking. And his journey starts from there , he worked all over U.K gaining a wide range of experience before opening his own restaurant in Warwickshire.
Shah remains committed to his passion and is constantly seeking inspiration through travel and research, his work ethic and talent have not gone unnoticed as he had the privilege to cook for Prince Charles,
At the same time he always support the local charity.
There is immense depth in Indian food and rooms for experimentation, this own food philosophy has resolved making Indian Food ‘lighter’ playing with the flavour profile and proving that 24 masalas don’t create a good dish.
Shah says ‘ my vision is to create , those traditional dishes that I love and have been bought up on in today’s settings of healthy eating trends and request a wider audience to what I call evolved India.’
